For at least ten years Lesley has brought my body back to health throgh surgeries and injuries. . She has an amazing educational background - not just in Pilates but doctor-level muscle work. . She kows physiiology, anatomy and her Pilates class is like none of the fancy-pancy ones - she's really theraputic and knows the body like no other. She is really the best and is a genuine, certified Pilates expert.
